Area organizations, church groups,
Miami firefighters, city departments,
and local school clubs join hands to
create a safe trick or treating event
for local children in the historic
downtown district of Miami.
Miami youth, 11 year old and younger, have their first visit
with Santa for the year documented with a free photo.  After
their visit they are treated to a first run movie, afterwards
receive gifts and an opportunity to win one of many prizes.  
Five local homeowners open their homes for this
self-guided tour.  Decorated by local decorators
or homeowners, this event allows visitors to get
holiday decorating ideas and spreads the holiday
spirit to all.  The tea room this year will be at the
Gordon House, located in the Main Street district
of Miami.
